How do I find my right size?

We'd love to help! To assist, we've added sizing and other beneficial details to the description of each product. Due to manufacturing and sourcing the products, sizing for each item may differ slightly.

Please reference size chart on each individual product page for most accurate sizing.

We've also added notes on if item runs small, runs big or is true to size. This should help you in your decision process. If you are still unsure, please feel free to email us at info@emluxelabel.com.

What are my delivery options?

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. You will be able to select your preference during check out. Please find the shipping options below:

USPS: Select Parcel Ground & Priority Mail.

UPS: UPS Ground.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide. Please refer to checkout page to determine shipping cost for international orders. International orders are shipped with DHL.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns for a store gift card within 14 days of your delivery date. Items should only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition. If items do not meet our return criteria, you will not receive a store gift card. Original shipping fees are not refunded and added to store credit.

Return shipping fee is covered by customer. EM Luxe Label is not responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds and exchanges are not available, store credit only.

Please allow up to 72 business hours from your return to be received for store gift card to be delivered. Gift card will be delivered via email to email address on file.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After processing your order will be shipped. Shipping time will be based on shipping service you have selected.

Orders placed with USPS Select Parcel Ground will typically arrive within 3-8 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays) after 1-2 business day processing time. You will be able to track your order through USPS. 

(Due to COVID the post office is experiencing delivery delays. Please allow a few more days for tracking to update and delivery to arrive.)

Orders placed with USPS Priority Mail will typically arrive within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays) after 1-2 business day processing time. You will be able to track your order through USPS.

Orders placed with UPS Ground will typically arrive within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays) after 1-2 business day processing time. You will be able to track your order through UPS.

Can I track my order? 

Yes, you can! Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can; however please double check before you place your order! Please note: orders cannot be changed after they have been processed. If order has not been processed or shipped yet, you may still have time. Please email info@emluxelabel.com immediately to adjust order. We will be more than happy to assist.
