Shipping Policy

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide. Please refer to checkout page to determine shipping cost for international orders. International orders are shipped with DHL.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After processing your order will be shipped. Shipping time will be based on shipping service you have selected.

Orders placed with USPS Select Parcel Ground will typically arrive within 3-8 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays) after 1-2 business day processing time. You will be able to track your order through USPS. 

(Due to COVID the post office is experiencing delivery delays. Please allow a few more days for tracking to update and delivery to arrive.)

Orders placed with USPS Priority Mail will typically arrive within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays) after 1-2 business day processing time. You will be able to track your order through USPS.

Orders placed with UPS Ground will typically arrive within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays) after 1-2 business day processing time. You will be able to track your order through UPS.

Incorrect Addresses and Rerouted Packages:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing order as we do not manually input addresses. Shipping address are imported from your entry. Once the item is shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. If a change needs to be made, please contact the shipping provider you selected (USPS or UPS) to make address change.

If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $9.99 USD due prior to reshipment.

Lost/ Stolen Packages:

EM Luxe Label is not responsible for lost, stolen unclaimed or refused packages. Once your order status states delivered at your delivery address, we are not at liable. Please contact shipping provider for any inquiries.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders have estimated ship dates in which we plan to fulfill and ship the order. This date is not guaranteed. We will make sure to inform you on any changes to date.
